My process was for them to debrief the interview, which resulted in a nearly immediate call from the recruiter giving me the news that I was a hire decision (+ my level determined from interview performance), followed by setting up some informal calls with interested HMs, where the interest was mutual. After that, we moved to compensation/negotiation, finance approval, and formal offer. Are you saying that you got the verbal โYesโ but no confirmation of interested teams for the matching part yet?
Pretty sure the offer itself is good for ~1yr. This is probably somewhat due to awkward timing, falling across/between two holidays, possibly very close to 2021 headcount closeout and 2022 headcount approval. Lots of variables, but I wouldn't worry too much, you met the bar. Congrats!
