Dell or JP Morgan?
I have got offer from JP Morgan (Associate) = 32L + 10% incentive Dell (Principal SE) = 34L + 8% variable + 4.5k$(RSU over 3 years) Apart from the remuneration, considering the brand value of Chase in Investment Banks & Dell in IT, which one do you think will be better to join? YOE=10 years Current TC 23L

Job security is risky in Dell. But WLB is good. Are you joining Dell 4 or Dell 5 office ?

By risky, you mean la Amazon style pip culture? Or just risky compared to chase?
Is the 10% incentive in JP in writing? Should not be.
Go for Dell. In chase you have job security, but I'm not sure if you will enjoy the work. It's more calls and more financial stuff whereas Dell is pure tech. Also if you're joining chase check with recruiter if the 10% variable mentioned is apart from the 750$ incentive or with it?

why jpmc role is associate at 10 yoe?
There are 2 associates. One is normal associate called 601, another is called associate 602 earlier was called avp. 603 is vp. Jpmc bands are so messed up. Also promotion varies so much. Some get easily promoted while some unlucky ones get stucked at 601 till 13-14 yoe, and 20 yoe also at 602.
The OP should push for 603/VP. Difficult but some people have got 603 in 8-9 YOE. As lowly paid above says promotion is a nightmare in JP, specially to VP and above. Also it's a dry promotion, no significant TC increase would be done
JP clearly low balling you. Ask for atleast 40L
