Deloitte Interview Process
im looking for insights to the interview process at Deloitte (consulting). Recent experiences are appreciated. what curve balls/pitfalls exist? thanks!

Take advantage of the prep work they send you. They will expect you to study it and know it. If you get the case questions wrong don’t worry. They want to see you problem solve in real time. Don’t keep quiet and don’t be shy about asking questions. They WANT you to ask questions because that’s what you’ll be doing with clients. This is your moment to show how you would handle a business requirement with a client. No major curve balls or pitfalls. Be yourself, talk to your experience, if they ask about a mistake you have made in the past, give an example that didn’t completely destroy what you were working on but rather one that you learned from. Show up well rested and be ready for back to back interviews. They go by quickly. Good luck!
