Deloitte offer evaluation
Can someone advise with this offer Role: Senior Consultant TC: 165k+17% Current: T3 at SAP TC at Deloitte is 15-20% more than current. Total YoE: 8+ (5yrs in US) Confused if I should stick with industry or pursue consulting. Any suggestions? #Deloitte #consulting #offer
What do you care more about TC or WLB, if TC then Deloitte else SAP
Hop to Deloitte. See if you like it while making more money without waiting on any sort of stock vestment schedule. Hop right back out if you don’t like it.
Just stick with SAP if you want a better WLB

Seems too high to me. I am a manager at 140k
I think that sounds right. I just joined Deloitte in 2021. Original offer was SC at $155k. I negotiated for manager title and $180k. I think I could have gotten more if I’d only asked for title and let them propose pay. (I negotiated title and put my bottom line out there) Read on here recently some new managers are getting $220k.
$165k for SC you isn’t normal; it’s much above average. Take it, shut up, and don’t mention this to anyone.
I cannot figure out a scenario where this much above midpoint would be approved by senior leadership. Is op “Blinding” up his offer?
MBA SCs make about $160k. So, while it’s much above average, it’s not impossible. The team must have been very desperate and OP must have had some unique skillset they really really need.
Does sap give you stock?
