DevOps to SWE?
If I am a glorified sysadmin (title DevOps Engineer), can I switch to SWE or is it hard? Or just LeetCode? TC 90k, 3 YoE

I am in the same boat. I guess it will be a bit hard as you dont have full time coding experience as a dev. So, you might want to crunch LC (easy/medium) and grokking system design.
Why are you moving to SWE role? DevOps field makes more money than SWE in general... And it seems like there will be more opportunity to understand a scalable architecture in a daily work. ( just curious )
I’ve heard the opposite on here. Sounds like DevOps will fade out in the next 10 years
