For Development Director at EA Vancouver office. Temporary Full time so no Bonus, no RSU. Compensation offered 125K CAD Is it a good offer?
Seems incredibly low to me. They have a habit of going after new immigrants who want to get a first job with good name/title, even if pay isnโt that much.
Is this a technical role? Like engineering director? Entry level dev at Cruise is higher base than that ๐
This is not a technical role, this is more of a Sr. project manager role.
Still seems a bit low. TPMs make fairly good TC. I'd continue looking unless this is a dream job.

It is called - Development Director but the work is basically Senior Project Manager.
Whatโs the level of this position? Seems too low
Level is Sr. PM .. I don;t know the level interms of L62 or L63 or any that kind of notation in EA.
