I mean yes they’re publicly traded but I wouldn’t consider them a tech company and they don’t give RSUs until your director level so being publicly traded doesn’t help as a SWE unless you’re coming in as a distinguished engineer which I’d imagine is quite rare
Appian and cvent are out in Tyson's, I think Twitter has an office on DC, so does Google and Facebook but they're not big but I've seen tech roles hiring for them on LinkedIn every so often. Amazon too ofc
