I dont even remeber what it was all about anymore.
He was a meany or something. Definitely overshadows the fact that he built a 50 billion dollar company and revolutionized transportation.

He did amazing work and also shitty work. I’d call it even how it ended. He made deserving money and moved on.
Still better than Neumann.
The way he cashed out. Either he has some grudge against Uber or knows something we all don't.

He didn't get bounced. He took out all his shares so wasn't big enough of a stakeholder to be on the board. It probably was a mutual decision.
He wanted to bail out, he used the opportunity! Look at him, he has already sold out most of his stocks
The moment a founder becomes a big distraction then it’s better for them to move on than tank the company, especially if they don’t have majority ownership.

Was he creating value for shareholders and creating lucrative jobs for his employees? I'd much rather work at a company with a competent CEO then work for a really pious guy who drives the company into the ground.
