Ok so I came across this late, but this guy apparently called out Uber layoffs a month before it happened. I went on his timeline. He also called Tesla layoffs start of this year before they happened. He wrote about WeWork collapse 9 months ago before the current fiasco. Has anyone come across him? https://www.linkedin.com/posts/trmanish_uber-activity-6577321084591366144-ST97 It might be just random coincidence also.
Yo OP, I think you are the only one that couldn’t predict Uber is going to lay-off people. Good morning OP!
Lol, a month ago it was also on Blind, talked about a lot within the company, and this dude has some sixth sense.
Ha ha. Good one. But sorry, I ain’t him
so he predicted layoffs after layoffs started, wonder if there will be more layoffs? better check the oracle.
Wait, a company that is having financial troubles lays off their cost centers? Unprecedented 🤔
I had called out Uber eng layoffs a month in advance as well. It wasn't all that surprising to most people.
Well folks ignore this post then. I didn’t expect Uber layoffs to happen within 1 month of marketing so was a bit surprised when I came across this guy’s post. But looks like most ppl here had sense of that. So not a big deal then in calling Uber out
Uber and WeWork are well known fiascos, so no prescience required there. Tesla call out was a good prediction at the time though.
If you know someone at the company then you can predict 😂

Everyone was calling it at the same time. Tesla and WeWork were obvious too given their business failings.
Well not Tesla. WeWork didn’t hear much earlier except last 3 weeks.
Both of them have been obvious for a very long time. Tesla has been failing to meet their own production targets for forever, WeWork has been clearly unprofitable as well, analysts knew that long before their S-1.
