When was it? Was it Omicron? Please add your notes.

I'm worried about losing iq and leetcoding abilities. I'm a close contact now, so extremely worried.

    This is the most tech thing I’ve seen

    Covid = worse at Leetcode

    But I am suffering from long Covid which is trash, persistent cough, lightheadedness, and sometimes fatigue

    Which is trash because I lift (powerlift) 4-5x a week and run xcountry hills 3x, and now I can’t enjoy my previous physical activities without dying like an old person

    My concentration isn’t what it was before COVID 2 years ago, I run out of energy early, am always fatigued, and my symptoms get worse when I overdo it (sometimes for months).

    I had brain fog and couldn’t think for 6 months until I started on microglial mediators. Fortunately we cancelled the 2020 mid year performance check in due to COVID.

    I’d probably be out on disability if my level wasn’t high enough I am expected to delegate.

    This isn’t uncommon with 10+% of COVID victims having symptoms lasting over 3 months and half those still having problems at 6 months qualifying for a ME/CFS diagnosis.

    Fortunately vaccination reduces the risk of infection and the odds of long COVID if you catch it anyways by 50%.
