I'm in Seattle now but lived in Austin until last year so I know the cost of living/salary balance there. I'd say your Austin salary is low.

I lived in Austin until last year and now I'm in Seattle - with the same job as you. 70k is for a smaller place. 85k is a good salary, especially since you only have 4 years under your belt.
I'm very familiar with the Austin market and have been a PM for 17 years. A senior PM should make between 110-120k. If you're not go to a company that will pay that.
jesus... I hate people thinking themselves can actually be a senior PM with 4 years of experience. you simply cannot.
