How is the tc 400k; isn’t it 220+55+45 = 320 ; thats less than your current comp so low ?
I think it’s 135k every year, but 1/3 vests every year, so it’ll be yr1- 45, yr2- 90, then 135k every year from yr3 onwards. So yr1 is a step back, you’re right, but then I make it back yr2 onwards

What’s your current level in amazon? And TC?
Can’t move off on the bonus % but you may be able to negotiate the salary which will bump your bonus since it’s a %. Not sure about stock but that may be fixed by level as well.
Did you take it / how have negotiations proceeded?
They were able to move a bit on the base, but I decided to decline for a better offer at AirBnb
