Discovery Inc - Suggestions to join their OTT team or not?

I got offer from Discovery Inc, Bangalore, India.
But heard from HR that they are starting a new development office here and as of now they hired only 12 people who will be joining this month.

They had hired me for their OTT platform.
As it's a new office, I don't have any info how the work or culture or work life balance is going to be and not able to take a decision to join or not.

Does anyone have idea how Discovery OTT teams are?
