Do Microsoft and LinkedIn even look at resume?
I wonder how do they decide whom to call? I have read people not getting calls even after getting referred. For Microsoft I can attest to that. I have tried referrals and also applied through website, even reached out to recruiter directly but all that goes in vain. Any suggestions?
