Do companies really care about team morale?
Hello Blind, I'm working on a graduate research topic involving team health and morale metrics in Agile projects. I think when companies care about something, they measure it. I would appreciate your response. I'm hoping to get at least 200 responses to make this statistically relevant. #engineering #software #agile
