Good - You will not be on a bench for long as they are loaded with projects. Massive client base. Bad- Low pay for new grads and folks with <5 yeo. Negotiate well in the beginning.
Good - they used to be a good way to quickly get to USA if you are an Indian. But thanks to Trump that's not the case anymore. Bad - low pay, bad wlb with overnight calls explaining things to offshore idiots, shitload of politics, can be moved around from city to city if projects are cancelled, no 401k, stock or bonus, poor quality colleagues from whom you will learn virtually nothing.
