Do you keep interviewing after accepting offer?

Well, I am doing great in my job.. but bored during pandemic situations and so have been giving interviews for .. you know.. to keep healthy life / healthy mind... I got offer and even though I dont need to move on.. I have accepted it and now movin on..

But the reason of my interview hasnt changed a bit.. So how you guys do ? Would you keep a break after accepting or keep goin.. and fishing and reeling ..?

    After I accept my offer I stopped for a bit. When I hit my 1 year mark I started to dip my toes back into the interview pools just to see what else was out there and also just to check up on competitor compensation ranges. It lets me know my market value with my new experience from my current company as well as just brushing up on interview skills.
