This should be simple poll.
Under 100k people - are any of you in the US? If so, where and what kind of employer?
Portland area, corporate owned veterinary hospital.
Should be against Blind’s terms and conditions lmao
Under 100k tc (barely) non tech role but live in Idaho where cost of living is pretty low.
But what do you aspire for? Genuinely curious
Where in Idaho? I’m in Boise and it’s expensive af. Can’t afford it on six figures
Should add the options for USA vs non-USA. In most other countries a USD 99K salary is for chief executives of very large corporations.
Well I know a female working at Amazon as a TPM on Blind making a base of $60k wtf lowball right
TC is all that matters. That is lowball as f though
Are you sure she's not working for Albertsons?
Sr. Staff SWE, Detroit, $43k. Commute from Downtown Detroit at 10 AM on bicycle is a breeze. Most of the riff raff are still asleep at that time. You do get used to the "warzone" look after a while, especially after watching Middle East footage on CNN. So it's all good! Sure it's dirt cheap here for a dilapidated 2 story Victorian but you need to grow eyes behind your head (my bicycle fitness has come into play several times during a chase). As long as you're alert and street smart, you can live a life of harmony as long as the drug dealers don't catch wind that I make BANK! $43k goes a looong way in these parts. I do feel overpaid! Only negative: cold as Fuck!
Are you trolling ?
C’mon dude you’re on Blind. Almost everyone > $100K.
Well, you never know.
You’d think so!
