Do you think Rust language has a bright future?

I've started learning this new-ish language for some side projects, and I think I'd enjoy using it full time as it seems quite powerful, and has an incredibly friendly community.
That said, being in the game industry where C++ is the standard, I honestly can't see Epic or Unity adding support for Rust anytime soon, but it seems like it's a good choice for embedded software, crypto, and maybe web assembly projects.
I guess I just don't get why it hasn't overtaken C++ yet?
