Pay would be about the same unless you can get a Principal role there. Career wise, it’s a great place to learn the whole test and learn concept. It is very data driven with a keen product focus. WLB is awesome, you would hardly ever work more than 40 hours. And it’s pretty easy going with competent folks I love working here

No, Staff will pay around what you are making. Principal would be around 180 mark + 20% bonus + stocks
167k base in Austin seems pretty good (banking additional bonus and stock). 167 TC in Austin probably closer meh.
