What should I bid on this home? Good location in Kirkland, big house, relatively new (less chance of issue waiving all contingencies). It will go over asking. Thank you Blind community.

Is this normal?
For instance, a SFH that used to sell for 1.75M in late 2017 in Sunnyvale now sells for 2.5M
The multiple in SF is probably less than 1.5x. I know some parts of east bay have gone crazy but not 3x crazy!
I bid on this one last month and got outbid sadly: https://www.redfin.com/WA/Kirkland/325-6th-Ave-S-98033/home/462639
