Expecting an offer from DS but the recruiter was pretty adamant that it'll be a P4 offer. He didn't imply that it was because of the interview perf and simply said I didn't have enough yoe (ive 13 and you apparently need 15 for P5). Does this sound normal? Are they really as strict about the yoe?
