Docusign

Hello all, I received a verbal offer from DocuSign this week and I am curious to know more about the company prospects. Couple of things that caught my eye reading online content : >Most of the growth happened during the pandemic and now with the stock crash potential layoffs are round the corner >Good WLB >Decent benefits Please comment and let me know what you guys think about the company as a whole and if it is a good time to join DocuSign. Appreciate your input. #tech #docusign

Microsoft almosthere Apr 12, 2022

Why explain pls going through H1 transfer right now

DocuSign cUlp07 Apr 7, 2022

People are leaving left & right

DocuSign DocuDork90 Apr 7, 2022

Left, right, up, down, zig zag...it's bad lol

DocuSign Vrea57 Apr 8, 2022

Yep. A ton leaving. But two tons who want back in right after. So zip.

DocuSign GMMLZZ Apr 7, 2022

There’s a leadership exodus happening right now…… as well as all over the business.

DocuSign Vrea57 Apr 9, 2022

Is it exodus or the board holding people accountable for the debacle that happened a few months ago?

DocuSign Filo67 Apr 8, 2022

IMO the strategy is good, efforts in work will result in stock improvement. If you want to have impact and support growth, come join us. Some groups are awesome (including leadership). Other groups have a MS culture and can be toxic. What team did you apply to?

Microsoft almosthere Apr 12, 2022

Why MS culture is toxic lol

DocuSign Filo67 Apr 13, 2022

If you have to ask, you may be part of the problem

DocuSign AdobeSign Apr 11, 2022

Yeah I just joined recently. I don't think anybody in their right mind would have joined when the stock was at 250 or 300 and thought that was sustainable short term, which is why you see a lot of dumb and lazy people leaving now - which is a good thing. Stock is currently underpriced, product suite is good, market is solid and owned by DocuSign, great wlb and zero chance of layoffs - we're hiring another 2k people this year. Great time to join.

Great. Any tips or insights on how Sr EM interview loop would be? TIA

Can you elaborate more on the culture (particularly in relation to how it treats remote workers) and tech stack? I've heard a lot of complaints about the relative antiquated nature of the tech stack.

HashiCorp fg4575 Apr 12, 2022

When is Docusign planning to make people return to the office?

DocuSign AdobeSign Apr 12, 2022

For anybody who isn't remote (tons of teams at DocuSign have always been remote) I believe managers can have people come in once every other week, and then I think I'm June it can be once every week, then next year back to normal - again, tons of people have always been remote though

Philips NoWork20 Apr 14, 2022

I got an offer and they said roles are permanent remote and if I prefer I can visit office. I m joining engineering team

DocuSign aXpL12 Apr 30, 2022
