Docusign: P5/Lead TC: 435K (220|15%|730/4) + WLB + Newer product - C#/ .Net stack - Legacy tech stack with no exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) since it is a monolith. Why do feel so? I understand their stock took a large hit recently but I thought their long term outlook is good.

That is a good question. AFAIK, Both have comparable refreshers. But someone else whose more familiar with the 2 can provide some insights.
Twilio refreshers suck.

Twilio sucks with poor leadership
Docusign is not much better. Grass is not necessarily greener on the other side. They block promotions on things they cant even do/deliver π€£
