Does AWS negotiate PTO?
Just got an offer from AWS and only 2 weeks PTO where I currently have 3. Is that negotiable at all? I'm happy with the TC, but PTO is important. TC: 198k YOE: 10+

Which state? In California, it's 15 days for the first year, 20 days starting your second year and 25 days starting your 5th year. There are no sick days, just PTO. They also carry over YoY until it's capped at a certain number of hours. You also get 3 floating holidays each year which you can use as another 3 days off. You lose the floating holidays at the end of the year if you don't use it.
Doesn’t matter, you won’t have time to take more then that anyways
Talk to the hiring manager. It is possible to negotiate with him/her directly.
Just take PTO and don’t report it like most people.
