Depends on amzn stock value. Amazon uses target compensation strategy which means if it thinks you should be making 200k next year and your base pay + unvested stocks for next year >= 200k then you won’t get a single dime in refreshers

What's a joining stock bonus? I'm hoping you meant sign-on bonus. Amazon give a large cash bonus over 2 years to make up for their back loaded vesting schedule.
What is a refresher?
Yearly stock bonus.
It was a joke. The answer is largely "no", at least not until around 3 years out when your initial grant is nearly vested.
