Does Amazon negotiate (experienced)new grad offers ?

I have 2-3 years of experience after undergrad. After Masters, can I expect to get a 10-20% increase over the new grad offer(TC)?

No, Amazon's new grad hiring is done in a separate pipeline from their normal hiring and does not negotiate

If this is the case, then any point in joining amazon just for the 'name' ?Majority of the other firms should consider experience!

Don’t go through university pipelines. I made 170K + relocation as new grad for team specific hiring.

    The standard offer I see is 142k + 7k(relo) = 149k
But I was offered close to 170k as a nee grad. I have ~2 years ex prior to masters.
But I was not hired through University recruiting pipeline. Mine was team specisfic.
