Does Expedia revoke I-140 if employee switches company before 180 days from I-140 approval?
Have heard many companies don't.

I think you can only switch company after 180 days? Before 180 days you have to start over the 140

You have to start perm + 140 in any case if you switch employer... Just that if you switch after 6 months of 140 approval, employers can’t revoke it.
I don’t think employers nowadays are able to revoke any more, no?
They can up to 6 months of filing but revoking can cause them legal trouble because it calls into question their other filings.
So, how do we confirm that they won't revoke?
