Does Facebook negotiate salary if u have non-google offers?
Does it have to be unicorn offers and better? Or does Facebook only negotiate your salary with you if u have offers from too companies like google, Uber etc.

Yes, they negotiate based on offers from other companies GOOG or otherwise. Offers from public companies in their tier would be better. For unicorn offers they might discount the rsu portion to 0.7 or 0.8x.
