This is half the reason I am with the company right now. I’m a SWE contractor, but I have my interview to convert to a FTE in January. Hope the resume boost will be worth selling my soul to work in ads for these few years.

  That is correct. It isn’t the highest. The highest at the moment in tech is at Snap. The. Higher up is hedge funds (very few of them). Lyft and Airbnb can also pay more than FB.
