No.
Only Facebook would think to do this sort of thing
Had on site with FB.... Was surprised to see my FB profile pic when I checked in at reception
I started looking for a job after a year and sent an email to a recruiter. Within 15min there was an email from a Google recruiter. I don't think it was a coincidence.
The answer is yes, at least to some extend: https://thehustle.co/the-secret-google-interview-that-landed-me-a-job
Yes. We evaluate based on what porn you watch. You better start watching a lot of tentacle porn if you wanna work at google.
I remember i read a post(I don't remember it was quora or some blog) , he was practising a lot of coading and then 1 day all of a sudden there was a pop shown, if he was interested interviewing with google, and preliminary screening was done immidiately after he selected yes, they do have some kind of mechanism.
Stop mentioning that we base it off your history. There was a project to identify coders and give them a "rabbit hole" into the interview process based on search history. But I've been in hiring committee. It's based solely on resume and interview feedback. Employees can't even look at user history.
Ok Mr. pich
