Does H1-B gets RFE'ed when title changed from Program Manager to Product Manager?

I recently joined Amazon as Product Manager, was a Program Manager in Microsoft before. I have H1-B stamping scheduled in India in next two months. What does this title change imply for stamping? Got the visa appt and stuff done before making the move actually.
