Does Salesforce allow internal movement with level up?
Does Salesforce allow internal movement to a different team with a level up, especially from Director PM to Sr. Director PM? Asking for a friend. Current TC: $380K, L7 PM

Internal movement, yes. However, it doesn’t level you up.

With promos emailing coming everyday at EVP and SVP levels, I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens. After a certain, it’s all politics. Ask why did Marc got Bret into Salesforce??
I’ve heard it’s policy that you cannot get a level promo via internal job change. It must be a lateral move.
