Does UBER send employees to San Francisco for training?
I recently got hired in UBER Hyderabad in eats team and would like to know if employees are sent to San Francisco for training? Also how common is travel as part of job at UBER.

Why would you need to travel all the way here to just hear a few ppt? Seems like a complete waste of money. Get into a project, if its critical and requires face to face then maybe travel. Otherwise dont waste time and just zoom in.
I joined in Feb 2018 (San Francisco) and I travel on May 2018 (Washington DC). After that I have never travel again, but people in my team have gone to Amsterdam
