Does amazon 6 months no interview policy apply for phone screen
Had a phone screen recently ds part went well but still didn’t get a positive vibe front he interview. will my profile be locked for the next 6 months if I fail this round?

Not a thing in the last 6 yrs I was there. It applies more to ppl who don’t meet the bar in the loop. Not inclined=revisit in 1 year, recycle= good enough, but not a fit for the specific team/role.

There is no ‘policy’ people, it’s totally based around the type of feedback from the screen. Most engineering roles are code screens these days anyways. TPM/SDM is still mostly 2 PS
Afaik this rule has been lifted a while back. My friend attended 3 onsites with in a period of 5 months.
Did he use the same profile to interview?
Same recruiter
