Does box offer stock refreshers?
I have received an offer from Box (TC: 410K) and is 40K more (TC) than what Dropbox offered. Dropbox claims that they have better stock refreshers and able to match Box within an year. How much stock refreshers does Box offer?

It depends. Are you looking at the Dev team or Ops? Also, roughly what level?
Dev team, senior/staff level. Dropbox offered senior level and box offered staff level

I am not sure about the stock refreshers but literally everyone always claims that you make more down the road. Just take the sure thing, I have been burned many times with verbal offers of more down the line.
I've been told by Dropbox that they do 30% initial grant in refreshers if your performance is ok, and 50% if it's above, which is insane. Box I've heard has meager refreshers
It’s 33% of initial grant for people at your level. Not sure after IPO if that’s changed. Isn’t Facebook refresher more though?
