Considering an offer between Samsung & chegg ? Both are similar in compensation! Which is better company culture to stick around for 5 years?

      Samsung is good but it has Korean culture - there is hierarchy (not that we don't have ) but all offers etc have to be approved by South Korean HQ , and that makes things slow - otherwise great workplace and interesting challenges . Chegg is a good company - but I don't like that problem space so I might be biased .
