Does square has performance based yearly bonus?
Does it have yearly bonus based on performance review or just base and RSU are what you get? Hows the stock refresher or base increase get decided each year?
No bonus but there's annual raise and stock refresh.
Are the refreshers really low? Like 10-15%?
10-15% of what? Assuming base, from personal experience, they tend to be around 50-60% on average and 90-120% at higher end, vesting over 4 years. Assuming on hire grant, for me they have been around 50% of my on hire grant.
When is the annual raise and stock refresh done at Square? In Jan?

There is no bonus, base increase n refresher you mean?
Yes. I believe that is the case. I don’t work there but from what I’ve read it can affect base and/or refresher. But those increases also depend where in level range you are, if you are near the middle or top of the band it differs.
