Hi folks,

I’ve been doing interviews after interviews over the last 7 weeks and I almost got closer to the offer and got rejected :( in Airbnb and Meta. Been grinding LC and solving problems but I jus feel exhausted and been having no motivation at all. My current work at Tencent is toxic and very micromanaging hence the job search since the beginning of the year. Used up all my sick days and vacation days preparing for coding interviews and now I don’t have an offer yet. I got back to work since last week and it’s been terrible so far 😣 😣 Too much micromanaging. Should I quit it then 60 day grace period time πŸ’£ πŸ’£ will start ticking as I’m in H1B visa. What’s the best thing to do. Need some referrals and ideas πŸ’‘ to survive. It’s been like this for the past 2 years.       Nope. I stopped applying last week. Needed a mental break from this nonstop interviews. Now from this week onwards will be applying but my manager is on my neck asking me daily progress. Everyday 6pm I have to update my progress and this is happening for the last 5 months. We’ve had several fights over these months and I’ve told him several times I don’t want to report like this but this guys doesn’t stop. I’m there jus for the visa purpose and jus need to GTFO 😠 I’ve seen enough shit in this company.

    U are not alone.

    Right now the most important thing is your mental health.

    Get a new job even if is slightly less TC. As long as you are mentally ok.

    You can keep getting better and keep looking for better comp with more calm.
