Had a scheduled recruiter call where the recruiter did not call. Rescheduled, and it happened again. Wasted too much time - if you want a company respectful of candidates time, skip flexport.

    • As an ex Flexport, I could not agree with cdndnd’s comments more. It’s their fatal weakness and the leaders there never ever learns. Most tech positions will move offshore to China or Ams. One more point: tech leaders mostly came from Amazon bringing Amazon management style and Bezos like taste ;-)

However please try not to paint all of us with the same brush though, there are a lot of good recruiters here who are respectful of candidates.     A NBCUniversal recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks ago and asked me to give some times for a quick chat regarding the interview. I gave my availability and he never replied back…

    I reached out again after few days and still no reply…

    I am still waiting for his reply.
