How is doordash in paying employees in SF with experience of about 2/3 years? Tc? Rsu? Also how is the Work life balance and Work culture?

Reminder that Doordash took a down round previously. The only reason they got any valuation right now is they did their series at the peak of the bull run when everyone is throwing money at the food delivery space. When things balance out Doordash will be gone.

Ubereats will crush this company. Throughout the world, it's only Amazon and Uber that have proven logistics capabilities. Companies like Doordash are a joke

Itâs competitive from what Iâve seen and pivots on stock and growth. Make sure what you want is to work at a growth company. Over time youâll likely earn way more than the other places youâre looking at right now but that will mostly be from stock. It comes down to whether you want to help build a massive company vs joining one that already exists.
