I have an offer to join doordash. Will I be eligible for the stock refreshers if I join in October? Does anyone have an idea what's the cutoff date?

I joined Sep and got the refresher and a raise (pro-rated).

Last year all who joined on or before Sep, 30 were eligible.

You’re eligible for stock refreshers regardless of when your start date is. It might just be at the next perf cycle

It’s pro rated but our refreshers are so tiny you shouldn’t consider that in your decision making
