One is a consumer driven company and other a enterprise driven. One is a low margin business and other is a sticky enterprise one. Doordash potential for career growth is good and snowflake I might end up slogging for 1-2 years to be at T6 level equivalent(this is hypothetical, they might not even promote me). For me career growth is as important as money(like everyone). Snowflake might Ipo and double its marketcap and i might regret and doordash could ipo next year and get its value cut into half. Such a hard decision to make.
