TKDR - Really I'm taking about the ability to think about and articulate answers in a way that's authentic and genuine rather than just parroting back what the internet says

Thoughts?

Backdrop: interviewed for TPM at FB and G about 2 years ago... Studied my ass off for months.

When i finally got to the on-site, i felt like i was just paging my brain about what chapter to video to recite when i got a specific question. It seemed very fake and i think the interviewers sensed it. Furthermore, by the end of it, my brain was exhausted. Needless to say, i didn't get any position

This time, I'm going in au natural. I'm going to try relying on my skills and experience as a TPM in Azure. I've already landed an on-site at fb and will just be taking it easy this time.

Hoping fort the best
