Dropbox, Plaid, or Instacart?

YOE: ~2.5 as a front-end dev, ~3 in other coding-related positions Dropbox: $161k salary, $62.5k equity, 10% performance bonus Instacart: $165k salary, $102k equity (RSUs) Plaid: $145k salary, $60k equity (RSUs), $50k sign-on bonus I think I'm leaning towards Dropbox or Plaid, but feeling kind of lost...

Have you negotiated Plaid offer? If they raise their numbers Iā€™d go there. Good potential and interesting work. How is Brex? Hear mixed things

I've been asking them to match but they've been really resistant. The only thing they've negotiated on is signing bonus (25k -> 50k)
