Dropbox Rsu price eval

I have an offer from Dropbox and thinking of accepting. Any educated price evaluation of a Dropbox stock when it will ipo? Box is 18$/share rn if that’s an indicator?

It’s 120k base, 13000 rsus. I’m a new grad. At 12$/share that’s $156,000 in rsus over 4 years. Really want to know what people think ipo price will be. I’ll stick around for the ipo if I join.

How long have you been at LinkedIn? Some of our new grad offers are higher than that. Given that Dropbox valuation has dropped, I would be looking for double the RSU's LinkedIn gives.

Dropbox is well past their prime. Not even sure I'd consider their RSUs to be worth anything.
