Dropbox offer refreshers and TC?
Interviewed with Dropbox and am expecting an offer for a PM role. Don’t know TC yet. Not sure what to expect. Also do they offer refreshers for PM? 7 YOE and Senior

OP: Congratulations on the offer! Can you provide any insights into what the interview process was like. Anything different about the interview process ?
Without revealing questions, you get a phone screen that can range from strategy, to product intuition, to info about your background. I had 2 phone screens which were different. If you pass that, then onsite where you make a presentation and then meet the team. Those questions range from culture fit, to product intuition, to a tech round. My recruiter was awesome though and prepped me well.
Update: offer was 165k base, 310k RSU, 27k sign on. No clue if any good. All at L3

Total for 4 years. There are refreshers but based on performance and some other formula recruiter wouldn’t reveal. Could be 0 but recruiter mentioned most people get refreshers every year
I know someone who is director there. He had about 7yoe. TC around 2M
Wow. Was that just from sign on or did they constantly refresh his stock?
Probably a combination of refreshers and stock appreciation
