Apparently the comp range is 250-600k TC for a role that can be Director or Senior Director. What I’m trying to understand is: how of that is likely to be equity, and what is the value of their equity? I recall pretty high private valuations.
If they pay like that for those levels, wondering how they gonna retain talents from flying to faang!
