Curious how many employeers have changed their testing for hiring with the legalizations. All companies welcome. Charter Hiring - yes, will rescind offers for marijuana. Ongoing - Yes, if you are injured on the job, then they take blood and urine at the hospital as part of your workman's comp requirements. Managers can request tests if they choose to. Nationwide policy
I’ve always thought that if I ever do another startup we’ll have a quarterly drug test requirement. Anyone without enough drugs in their system will be terminated immediately.
Lmao I was about to be upset 😂😂
We’ll do hourly drug tests to determine how much alcohol is in you system
If a place asked me to do a drug test I’d laugh and walk out. I’ll gladly work for a competitor who doesn’t play games for 2x the TC
I mean we're not exactly coming after top talent lol. We have a dress code, no remote work, no stock for swe, ne or other sys roles, PE/director gets stock Only, low BC so... Drug tests are par for the course haha
Oof. Yeah, that sounds like a real crock of shit. Go work for someone who respects ya. Ask for referrals.
Good idea
Not anymore, especially in CA since it's legal now. It's given that most people especially in Tech are doing/taking something. Why would they fire people over that when they work like a 🐎 on whatever they're using/taking? Not business smart
Seems like some kind of sick perversion to want to take peoples bodily fluids and keep them

Top red flags in guy to see before saying yes to marriage (arranged)
That's dumb - why exclude talent? That just artificially inflates the cost of employees
