Currently interviewing for a strategy role at Affirm. Currently on take home assessment. Recruiter mentioned base comp was 130-198k based on factors.
I’m curious to hear from folks at Affirm about their time / prospects of the company. And also from the Blind community.
I’ve done my research and BNPL imo is here to stay. What players are around and the size of them in the future is another question.
Current TC: 210k

• Poor leadership.
• Trash overall.
I know of a number of friends and executives that have left. I’d avoid.
Only thing I hate is their annoying $50 base floor. They shouldn’t have a base price and just go by 90 day average cost.
Thanks for the thread! extremely insightful and hits on some of the points I’ve thought about myself .
The $50 base floor is a rip, not sure why they just don’t do a 90 avg cost. Instead of flooring at $50 and especially where the stock is trading now
